At Divine Recovery, we provide support that is:
We believe recovery is not linear. It requires patience, understanding, professional expertise, and environments where people feel genuinely valued.
We treat every individual with compassion, fairness, and cultural sensitivity.
We support people to build confidence, make informed choices, and take ownership of their future.
We operate transparently, ethically, and in partnership with families, professionals, and commissioners.
We draw on decades of frontline and leadership experience to maintain high standards and continuous improvement.
We provide secure, nurturing environments that promote emotional and physical wellbeing.
We provide 24/7 supported living services for males and females aged 18–70, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in safe and welcoming environments.
Our service supports individuals with mental health needs, substance misuse challenges, and neurodiverse conditions, offering tailored support that promotes stability, recovery, and independence.
We work collaboratively with professionals, families, and commissioners to ensure support is structured, needs-led, and aligned with individual recovery goals.
At the heart of our service is dignity, respect, and the belief that with the right support, every individual can move forward positively.
Our service supports adults who are ready to build independence in a structured, recovery‑focused environment. We provide a safe, stable setting where individuals can develop daily‑living skills, strengthen wellbeing, and work towards long‑term independence.
To ensure we offer the right level of support, all clients must meet the following criteria and agree to participate in a personalised care and move‑on plan.
We work with adults aged 18-70 who are managing a mental-health condition and are motivated to make positive progress.
Our approach is community-based, person-centred, and designed to help clients move towards greater independence at a pace that suits their needs.
Clients must have settled and stable mental health, meaning they are not in acute crisis and can safely engage with daily routines, support sessions, and community activities.
Continued involvement with mental-health professionals is encouraged to maintain stability and support recovery.
Clients must be fully compliant with prescribed medication and willing to participate in medication-management support. This includes:
To maintain a safe and supportive environment, clients must have a minimum of six months' abstinence from drugs and alcohol.
If someone is currently using substances, they must agree to engage in a structured drug or alcohol rehabilitation programme before joining the service.
Clients must be able to understand and participate in key areas of daily-living development. Our support focuses on building confidence and practical skills in:
All clients must agree to work collaboratively on a community care plan tailored to their needs, goals, and level of independence.
This plan outlines the support provided, the expectations of engagement, and the steps required to progress through the service.
The care plan includes a move-on agenda, which sets out the pathway toward more independent living. This agenda is reviewed regularly to ensure it reflects the client's progress and changing needs.
The move-on agenda is designed to help clients build the skills, confidence, and stability needed to transition into independent or semi-independent accommodation. It focuses on:
Progress varies from person to person, but the example below shows a typical journey through the service. The timeline is flexible and adapted to each client's needs.
